Originally the tack and laundry rooms, the Cedars' Kitchen joins onto the heritage-listed studio of Archibald-winning artist Nora Heysen, and celebrates the rich history of the Heysen family, their stories and The Cedars property.
Drop in for a 'proper' cup of Heysen tea or locally roasted coffee and treat your senses to a sumptuous selection of sweet and savoury homemade delights including our freshly baked scones and selection of wonderful inhouse-made cakes, slices and savoury items.
Our Heysen tea blends were created by an award-winning Adelaide Hills tea sommelier and are brewed to perfection and served on our wonderful vintage crockery.
For something extra special, indulge in a high tea with three tiers of sumptuous, sweet and savoury, homemade local delights, designed perfectly to pair with our Heysen Tea, coffee and Adelaide Hills Wines. Organise your special event under the vines overlooking the Artist's Garden this winter. Sit by the fire or bask in the afternoon winter sun through the trees and celebrate in this special place.
