Capture the perfect moment at Hans Heysen's The Cedars — the historic estate of Sir Hans Heysen and his family, and a truly unique location for your photography shoot.

This stunning property is the perfect backdrop to capture the most beautiful photos.

The Cedars’ historic Artist’s Garden is one of the only authentic artist’s gardens in Australia, preserved as Hans Heysen originally designed it over a century ago. Featuring sweeping, heritage English plantings that delight in any season, the garden is set against the backdrop of magnificent gums and native flora and fauna.

The hire fee for use of The Cedars for photography shoots is $250 and includes:

  • Use of the Garden for up to 2 hours during opening times;
  • Onsite carparking;
  • Additional time can be booked at $100 per additional hour.
